At Fisher’s Sports, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products and services. Because many of our items are made to order, this Returns & Refund Policy outlines when returns, refunds, or replacements may apply.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Most products sold by Fisher’s Sports are custom-made or personalized, including but not limited to:

  • Screen printed apparel
  • Embroidered garments
  • Signs, banners, and decals
  • Promotional products
  • Awards and engraved items

All custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Fisher’s Sports.

3. Customer-Provided Artwork & Approvals

Customers are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of artwork, spelling, colors, and design approvals
  • Correct sizing, quantities, and garment selection

Once artwork or proofs are approved and production begins, Fisher’s Sports is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-approved designs or information.

4. Eligible Returns & Replacements

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered if:

  • The product is defective
  • The item received does not match the approved order due to our error
  • There is a manufacturing or production defect

Issues must be reported promptly upon receipt of the order.

5. Reporting an Issue

To report a problem, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected items (if applicable)

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

6. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Fisher’s Sports may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item or reprint the order
  • Issue a store credit
  • Issue a refund (when appropriate)

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Non-Custom / Stock Items

Non-custom, unused, and unaltered stock items (if available) may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items approved through artwork proofs
  • Items with normal wear or misuse
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers
  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

9. Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping, handling, and setup fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Fisher’s Sports is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by carriers once the order has been handed off for delivery.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Denial of future orders
  • Collection of additional fees where permitted by law

11. Policy Modifications

Fisher’s Sports reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
