Fisher’s Sports provides custom apparel, printing, signage, promotional products, and related services.

Because many products are custom-made, colors, sizing, materials, and final appearance may vary slightly from digital previews or mockups. Minor variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received
  • We may contact you to verify order details before production begins

Once production has started on custom items, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required by law.

5. Billing & Order Confirmation

Upon order completion, you will receive an order confirmation by email or other contact method provided.

Fisher’s Sports reserves the right to:

  • Verify billing or shipping information
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel or refuse orders due to inaccuracies or suspected fraud

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fisher’s Sports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of many products:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective
  • Defects must be reported promptly upon receipt
  • Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion

No refunds will be issued for errors caused by customer-provided artwork, sizing, spelling, or approvals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and layout—is the property of Fisher’s Sports or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer, and the customer represents that they have the legal right to use it.

If you submit reviews, artwork, designs, or other content:

  • You grant Fisher’s Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for business purposes
  • You represent that the content does not infringe on third-party rights
